The Parlor keeps caring for you after an introduction goes live.

For littles

Your matchmaker will check in a few times to ask how things are going. If you and your match want to be together for real, tap 💞 Link Us and you both become linked on the main site.

Matchmaker check-ins​

On day 3, day 14 and day 30 after an introduction goes live, you get a bell: Your matchmaker is checking in.

  1. Open the Parlor and rate how it is going from 1 to 5.
  2. Add a note if you like.

Your answers go to your matchmaker only. Your match never sees them.

When you are both ready to be a real pair:

  1. On the live introduction, tap 💞 Link Us.
  2. Your match gets the request and answers 💞 Yes — link us or Not yet.
  3. On yes, the Parlor creates a caregiver link between you on the main site. You both leave the matching pool.

After linking, the Parlor home shows how many days you have been linked and a couple corner with shortcuts to the 🗓️ Date Planner (in your chat), 📚 Couple Courses, 💜 Aftercare (the Clinic's aftercare) and 🏡 Us.

Couple Courses​

Open Couple Courses at /couple-courses. There are three: Your First Fight, Your First Visit and Deepening the Dynamic. You each work through them on your own. Each of you can see whether the other has finished a course, but never their answers.

Anniversaries and the Success Wall​

  • You get a note each month for your first year together, then once a year.
  • At 3 months, 6 months and each anniversary you are invited to Share your story on the Success Wall. Stories are up to 500 characters and are anonymous.
  • You both agree first. One of you writes the story and taps 💌 Send to my partner. Your partner reads it and taps 💞 I agree, send it or Not this one. Nothing goes to the matchmaker until you've both said yes, and you can edit or take back your story while it's waiting.
  • Your matchmaker then reads it and approves it before it appears.

If it ends​

Things do not always work out, and that is okay. If you linked through the Parlor and the pairing ends:

  1. In your couple corner, tap It ended 💔, then 💔 Yes, close our pairing. You can add private notes for the matchmaker.
  2. You both get a 7-day breather. The Parlor does not introduce either of you to anyone during that week.
  3. After the week, you return to the pool and introductions can arrive again.

Closing a pairing does not change your main-site link. Keeping or removing that is up to the two of you.

Know someone lovely?​

The Know someone lovely? card lets you copy an invite to the Parlor, or tap 🎁 Gift a Match Pass to let the matchmaker know you would like to give someone a pass. The matchmaker arranges the gift with you. No payment happens in the Parlor.
