πŸ““ Planner

The Planner is your to-do list for both little life and grown-up life. Use it for tasks, plans, goals, and habits that don't belong on the Chores list or the Daily Schedule.

Open it from the menu under πŸ“± My Dynamic β†’ πŸ““ Planner (little mode calls the page My Plan, baby mode Baby Plans). The page lives at caregiverbabyhub.com/planner.

The first screen is today's plan. Everything else is behind All features in the top corner (little mode: All the things).

For littles

Write down little things you want to do today. Tap one when it's done and you get a gold star.

Add a task

  1. Open Planner.
  2. Tap Add Task, or type into Add something to do.
  3. Give it a title. You can add details, a category, a day, and whether it repeats (for example on weekdays).
  4. Save it.

Tap a task to mark it done or not done. Use Move to day… to push it to another day. Unfinished tasks from earlier days can be moved to today in one tap.

When a task is due, you may get a reminder that brings you back to today's plan.

Day, week, and month

Switch between Day, Week, and Month to see more at once. In the week view you can drag a task to another day. Jump to any date takes you straight to a date.

Everything in All features

Keep going

  • Goals & everyday habits (little mode: My quests & everyday habits): goals with milestones and progress, and habits you tick off each day. Caregivers can assign a quest to their little.
  • Bucket list: little dreams, adventures, and goals to work toward.
  • My numbers: how much you actually get done, week by week.

About this day

  • How I'm feeling: log your mood in one tap. It counts everywhere moods count.
  • Notes & thoughts (little mode: My little thoughts): a scratchpad that stays with your planner.

The rest of your day

  • My calendar, or Our shared calendar if you're linked: bedtimes, sessions, anniversaries, and plans you both add.
  • Everything on your calendar: opens the Calendar, which shows rules, routines, and plans together.
  • Do this for me automatically: opens Automations.
  • See your patterns: opens Little Insights.
  • Talk about this: opens the Direct Line, if you're linked.

Keep a copy

  • Send my plans to my calendar app: downloads upcoming tasks as a calendar file for Google, Apple, or Outlook.

Planner, Chores, or Schedule?

  • Chores repeat on a schedule and earn points toward rewards.
  • Daily Schedule is the shape of your day, block by block.
  • Planner is for one-off and personal tasks, goals, and habits.
