⚙️ Automations
Nursery Automations are if-this-then-that rules for your dynamic. Each one watches for something to happen, then does something on its own. For example: "When all chores are done by 8 PM, award points and celebrate."
Open it from 📱 My Dynamic → ⚙️ Automations (Magic Rules in little mode). The page is caregiverbabyhub.com/automations.
Automations run on the server and check about every 10 minutes, so they keep working when nobody has the app open.
Magic Rules are little helpers that watch your day. When you finish your chores or it's bedtime, they can cheer for you or send a reminder.
Who builds them
- Caregivers build automations for the little they're caring for. The page says who you're building for.
- Littles with no caregiver build their own.
- Linked littles can see the automations their caregiver made for them, but can't change them.
Start from a recipe
Under 🧩 Ready-made recipes, tap a recipe to add it. Some of them:
- Gentle drink reminder
- Bedtime wind-down
- Morning hello
- All chores done, big reward
- Three-day streak sticker
- Level-up cheer
- Evening rule check-in
- A whole clean week
- Heads-up if the day goes quiet (caregivers)

Build your own
- Tap ✨ New automation.
- Pick what to watch for (the trigger).
- Set its details, like a time or a number of hours.
- Pick one or more things to happen (the actions).
- Name it and save.

Smart Nursery devices
The 🛰️ Devices trigger group and the print and TV actions come from 🛰️ Smart Nursery (in the menu under 📱 My Dynamic). That's where you make a key for a wetness sensor, a button, or a phone sleep app, and connect a ticket printer. When a device sends an event, it's logged in the tracker and your automations can react to it. Smart Nursery also has one-tap recipes that create ordinary automations here, so they count toward the free limit below.
Manage your automations
Your automations are listed under Yours. You can switch each one on or off, edit it, or delete it.
Free and paid
- Free: up to 5 automations switched on at once. You can save more and switch them on when there's room.
- Pro, Premium, and Nightlight: unlimited.
