Gear Stash

The Gear Stash is your personal inventory of ABDL gear and supplies. Use it to keep track of what you own, what you're running low on, and what's on your wish list.

Navigate there from the sidebar: Explore → Gear Stash

Adding Gear​

  1. Click + Add Item
  2. Enter the item name (e.g., "ABDL premium diapers", "Onesie", "Sippy cup")
  3. Choose a category from the grid (Diapers, Clothing, Feeding, Sleeping, Play & Toys, Hygiene, Accessories, Protection & Covers, Other)
  4. Enter Brand and Size if applicable
  5. Choose whether this item is multiple (see below) and set a quantity if so
  6. Fill in any category-specific fields (e.g., absorbency level for diapers)
  7. Toggle I Own This / Wishlist to mark ownership
  8. Click Add Item to save

Single vs. Multiple Items​

When adding an item, use the "I have multiple of this item" toggle:

  • Multiple (on) — you have more than one of this item (e.g., a pack of diapers). The quantity field and low stock alert appear so you can track how many you have left.
  • Single (off) — you only have one of this item (e.g., a stuffed animal named Foxy). The quantity field is hidden — no need to enter "1."

This keeps your inventory clean. Items like plushies, bottles, or clothing pieces you have just one of don't need a quantity counter cluttering the view.

Managing Your Inventory​

Your gear list shows all items. For each item you can:

  • Adjust the quantity with + / − buttons (only shown for multiple-quantity items)
  • Edit — update any details
  • Delete — remove from your stash entirely

Low Stock Alerts​

For multiple items, you can set a Low Stock Alert threshold. When your quantity drops to or below that number, a yellow warning badge appears on the item and in the Low Stock alert bar at the top of the page.

The default threshold is 0 (no alert until completely out). Enter a higher number if you want earlier warnings (e.g., set to 5 for diapers so you know to restock before you run out).

Wish List​

Toggle the Wish List filter to see only items you're hoping to get. Items marked as wishlist show a star badge. This makes it easy to share a list with your caregiver or reference when shopping.

Sharing with Your Caregiver​

Your caregiver can view your Gear Stash from the Baby Overview page. This is helpful for caregivers who want to know what their baby needs or what's running low.
