🎒 Gear Stash

The Gear Stash keeps track of your things: diapers, clothes, feeding gear, toys, and supplies. It counts what you have, warns you when you're running low, and remembers what you wore.

Find it in the menu under 🧸 My Corner → 🎒 Gear Stash. In little mode it's called My Stuff, and in baby mode Baby Stuff.

🍼For littles

This is where all your special things live! Add your diapies, onesies, and plushies. Tap Pick a surprise diapie! to let the stash choose one for you.

Add something

1. Tap Add My Thing! (or Add My First Thing! 🌈 if your stash is empty).
2. Pick a category: Diapers, Clothing, Feeding, Sleeping, Play & Toys, Hygiene, Accessories, Protection & Covers, or Other.
3. Enter the brand and name. For diapers you can add the backing, absorbency, size, and how many come in a pack.
4. For things you have many of, set how many you have and a Low Stock Alert (qty).
5. Save.

Fill it in from the diaper catalog

For diapers, tap Pick from catalog ("the BIG diapie book"). Search by brand or model, and picking one fills in the brand, size, and details for you. You can still edit anything.

Can't find a diaper? Tap Suggest a product to add it to your own stash and suggest it for the catalog.

Keep counts right

• Use +1 pack or the quantity buttons when you restock.
• When you log a change on the Tracker, the diaper you put on comes out of your stash count.
• Pin as default diaper makes one diaper the default for quick changes.
• When something drops to its low-stock number, it gets a warning so you can restock in time.

Smart Stash

The Smart Stash panel helps with diapers:

• Scan a barcode with your camera (or type the numbers under it) to look a product up. If it's new, teach it once. It's shared with everyone after a second member agrees.
• ⏳ Runway shows how long your stash will last at the rate you're using it.
• Record what you paid with I paid…, so the site can work out cost per diaper.
• 🎟️ Member deals lists deals other members found. Some shop links are affiliate links.

Outfits

The Wardrobe Log tracks what you wear:

1. Tap + Log Outfit and describe today's outfit.
2. It shows as Today's Outfit. Past days are under Outfit History.

When a caregiver picks the outfit, it's marked CG assigned this outfit.

Collection value

Collection Value (in little mode, "How much my stuff is worth!") adds up the value of your stash from the prices you've entered.

DiapStash

If you use the DiapStash app, you can sync your stash.

1. Go to My Account → Settings and tap Connect DiapStash.
2. Approve the connection on DiapStash.
3. Synced items appear in your Gear Stash marked Synced from DiapStash — read-only. Tap Sync now 🔄 to update. You can sync again every few minutes.

To stop, tap Disconnect on the same card. Synced stash items go away, but change logs you imported stay.

Caregivers

A linked caregiver who opens Gear Stash sees their little's stash, with a banner showing whose it is. Items a caregiver adds show From your caregiver.
