Daily Schedule

The Daily Schedule lets you create a time-blocked schedule for your day. It supports Work/School Days, Free Days, and any custom day types you create — such as WFH, class day, travel day, or half day.

Setting Up Your Schedule​

Work Day, Free Day, and Custom Days​

The schedule starts with two built-in day types:

  • Work/School Day — your routine when you have work or school obligations
  • Free Day — your routine on days off

Set different wake and sleep times for each, then build two separate block lists if your days differ.

You can also create custom day types:

  1. Open Builder/Edit.
  2. Use + Custom in the day type selector.
  3. Enter a custom name and emoji, such as WFH 🏡.
  4. Set wake time, bedtime, and schedule blocks for that custom day.
  5. Assign weekdays to that custom day in Which days are which?

Custom day types are saved to your account and sync through the same schedule data as Work/School and Free days.

Setting Wake & Bedtime​

At the top of the schedule editor, set your wake time and bedtime for each day type. These are used to:

  • Anchor the schedule correctly
  • Trigger the bedtime lockout feature (if enabled at your baby level)

Adding Time Blocks​

  1. Click + Add Block
  2. Set a time (e.g., 7:00 AM)
  3. Give it a label (e.g., "Morning bottle", "School time", "Nap", "Playtime")
  4. Choose an optional emoji to represent it
  5. Click Save

Blocks are automatically sorted by time. Repeat for as many blocks as you need.

Today's View​

At the top of the Schedule page, a "Now Playing" card highlights the current time block — what should be happening right now. Below it, upcoming blocks are listed in order.

This same view appears on your Dashboard as a mini schedule widget.

Day Type Selection​

Each morning the app resolves the day type from your weekly assignments. If today is not assigned, it asks what kind of day it is.

The prompt includes:

  • Work/School Day
  • Free Day
  • Any custom day types you created

Your answer loads the correct schedule for the day. Dashboard widgets, bedtime lockout, schedule notifications, and daily email summaries all use the selected day type.

12-Hour vs. 24-Hour Time​

A 12h / 24h toggle button appears in the top-right of the schedule controls (next to the Daily View / Builder tabs). Click it to switch how block times are displayed:

  • 24h (default) — times show as 07:30, 14:00, 22:15
  • 12h — times show as 7:30 AM, 2:00 PM, 10:15 PM

Your preference is saved per user in your browser and persists across sessions. The toggle only affects how times are displayed — all times are stored internally in 24-hour format regardless.

Bedtime Lockout​

At Baby Level 3 and above, the Bedtime Lockout feature can activate after your set bedtime. When it's active, the screen dims and shows a "sleepy" lockout screen until your wake time. This is only enforced if your caregiver has it enabled in your dynamic settings.

Vacation Mode

If you're traveling or off your normal schedule, enable Vacation Mode from the Dynamic Hub to pause the schedule and chores temporarily.
