Progress & Levels
The Progress hub at /progress ("Your Journey 🌟") is where all your growth across the whole CaregiverBabyHub network comes together — one unified level that every app feeds, your Care Stage, and (for caregivers) a caregiver rank ladder of your own.
🌟 One 50-level ladder, everywhere
There is exactly one XP ladder — 50 levels — shared across the entire network: the main app, daycare, camp, the nursery, and the rest. Earn XP anywhere (chores, routines, potty stars, community activity, camp quests…) and it all pools into the same level.
- Early levels come fast; later levels are a long, satisfying haul.
- Levels are grouped into tiers with their own badge styling, topping out at 💎 Eternal (levels 41–50).
- Every level has its own title and emoji.
- Level 50 is max — you keep a special badge, and there's no prestige reset.
The Progress page shows your current level, tier, title, a progress bar to the next level, and a three-way split of where your XP came from: earned here, other apps, and your points to spend (points are a separate spendable currency — see the Reward Store).
🍼 Care Stage
Your Care Stage is separate from your level, and that's on purpose:
- Your Level is earned — it only goes up.
- Your Care Stage is chosen — it's the depth of care you and your caregiver have agreed on, and it drives your rules and routines. You can move up or down stages any time as your dynamic evolves.
The Progress page shows your current stage with all five stages laid out so you can see where you sit.
🛡️ Caregiver ranks
Caregivers have their own ladder — 50 ranks earned through caregiver XP (caring actions: check-ins, approvals, care packages, showing up). Rank tiers:

Ranks unlock small perks along the way, and switches progress on both ladders — the little ladder in littlespace, the caregiver ladder while caring.
🎉 Celebrations
Leveling up is an event: a full level-up ceremony pops with your new level, title, and tier. No quiet number ticks here — every level is celebrated.
Because the ladder is unified, a slow week in one app never stalls you — cozy days at daycare, a camp quest, or a kind streak in the nursery all push the same bar forward.
