Caregiver Hub
Your caregiver command center lives right inside the unified Dashboard at /dashboard. When you're a caregiver, the hub's Overview and Controls tabs become your control room — everything that needs you, live stats on your little, and one-tap care actions, with no hunting across pages.
This page describes the caregiver view. You'll see these tools once you have a linked baby — see Caregiver Connection to link up.
Caring For… (Multi-Baby Selector)
If you care for more than one little, a "Caring for…" switcher appears in the hub header (and on other caregiver pages). Pick a baby and every caregiver surface — dashboard, settings, store, permissions — follows that choice until you switch again. With exactly one little, it simply shows who you're caring for.
The "Needs You" Inbox
The 🔔 Caregiver inbox on the Overview tab gathers everything waiting on you into one card — and politely disappears when everything is calm. It collects:
- 🎫 Permission slips — pending "May I…?" asks, with per-item Approve / Deny and a link to answer with conditions
- 🎁 Reward requests — redemption requests from the store, with Approve all when there's more than one
- 🙋 Care requests — diaper changes, feedings, comfort and custom requests, also with Approve all
- Gentle nudges — soft reminders that link you to the right page: no meal logged today 🍽️, chores still open ✅, journal entries awaiting your reply 📔, punishments pending ⚠️, a Behavior Review to read 📋, or a diaper check waiting 🍼
Quick Care Row
Right above the inbox sits ⚡ Quick care — five one-tap actions plus a live status pill:

The 🍼 status pill in the corner shows your little's current diaper state at a glance — "⏳ check sent" while a check is pending, "✨ clean" or wetness/messiness levels once answered, or their last known status.
Your Baby Today
The Overview tab's headline card switches to "Your baby today": their Level, 💎 points, ✅ chores left, 🔥 streak, ⚡ bonus multiplier, and 🎯 quests, plus what schedule block they're in right now. Below it you get:
- Care Pulse — the health of your dynamic
- Live status — what your little is up to right now
- Recent activity feed — their latest logs, chores, and moments
- Drawings — artwork they've sent you
The Stats tab adds trends, weekly comparisons, and diaper statistics when you want deeper numbers.
Controls Tab — Full Care Surface
The 🎛️ Controls tab is your bigger toolbox: diaper check 🔍, care package 🎁, pin a note 📌, grant points 💎, give a sticker ⭐, award a praise badge 🏅, weekly report 📋, message your baby 💌, and assign a punishment ⚠️ straight from your rules list.
Going Deeper — the Caregiver Page
For heavier management, the Caregiver page → Manage tab keeps the full set: diaper checks with custom messages, punishments (severity + duration), notes, point grants (caps grow with your Caregiver Rank), requests, report cards, care reminders, co-parents, remote little-mode lock, chore management across all your littles, and simple 🤖 Autopilot reminder recipes (missed-chore nudge, Friday care package, low diaper-stock alert, bedtime wind-down).
When setting up chores and rewards, the 🎁 Reward ideas picker on the Chores page lets you add starter rewards from a preset library with one tap — tweak the point costs after.
Where did Baby Watch go?
The old standalone 👶 Baby Watch / Baby Overview page is gone — its live-stats overview now lives in the unified Dashboard, and the sidebar's Baby Watch links take you straight to the Controls tab described above.
