📜 Rules

The Rules page is where you see the rules you're living by. Open it from the menu under 📱 My Dynamic → 📜 Rules Builder. In little mode the menu calls it My Rules (or Baby Rules in baby mode). The page lives at caregiverbabyhub.com/rules-builder.

The first screen shows your rules and a short daily check-in. Everything else, like editing, rewards, consequences, and your contract, is behind All features in the top corner (little mode calls it All the things).

For littles

These are your rules. Once a day, tap Kept it ✅ or Oopsie 💛 to say how today went. Nobody gets cross for an oopsie.

Read your rules​

Your rules are listed in their categories. Right now, remember… points out the rules that matter most at this moment. Tap See all to open the full list.

Littles can tap a rule to acknowledge it, so their caregiver can see it was read. Caregivers can pick a rule of the week, and anyone who can edit the rules can pin one to the top.

You can choose how rules look (Numbered List, Sticker Board, or Parchment Scroll) in Dynamic Settings under Your rules and consequences.

The daily check-in​

The How did today go? card asks about your rules once a day. Answer Kept it ✅ or Oopsie 💛 for each one. Rules check-in reminders from Automations land here too.

Change the rules​

  1. Tap All features, then Change the rules (little mode: Change my rules).
  2. Tap Add Rule for a new one, or tap an existing rule to edit it.
  3. Fill in the title and description. You can also set a category, how important it is, when it applies (for example "During sessions"), exceptions (for example "Medical situations"), and a note about why the rule exists.
  4. Under When this rule is broken (optional) you can have points deducted automatically or send a gentle reminder.
  5. Tap Save.

You can also start over from a care stage preset, which fills in a ready-made set of rules for that stage. From edit mode you can download your rules as a PDF.

Who can change the rules​

  • Littles on their own can always edit their own rules.
  • Linked littles see their caregiver's rules marked 🔒 Locked by caregiver. They can edit only if their caregiver turns on Can change their own rules in Dynamic Settings. Otherwise they can tap a rule and use Request Rule Change to suggest new wording and say why. The request goes to the caregiver.
  • Caregivers edit the rules for their linked little.

Everything in All features​

Your rules

  • Rules worth keeping: where each rule came from, why you have it, and how its wording has changed. It also lists rules that have gone quiet (on the list a long time, never broken, never checked in on) so you can keep or let go of them.
  • Rules on holiday: Vacation Mode. Pause some rules for a trip and add holiday-only ones.
  • Care stage: your current level. Caregivers can change it here.
  • What we call this dynamic: the name of your dynamic.

When it goes well, and when it doesn't

  • Rewards: the ways to say well done.
  • Punishments (little mode: Oopsies): consequences for when a rule slips.

Look back

  • When rules slipped: every slip that was logged, plus what has improved since. Slips are logged with Mark Rule as Broken (an Oopsie in the check-in leads there too), which also queues any punishments attached to that rule.
  • How my week went (caregivers see their little's week): a little says how they think they did in their own words, and a caregiver fills in a gentle report card.

On paper

  • Our contract: read it, sign it, and print it. The contract covers safewords, soft limits, hard limits, an optional emergency protocol, how often it's renewed, and optional pre-written clause packs you can customize.

Ideas to borrow

  • Ideas from your kinks: rules suggested by your active kinks (shown only when there are some).
  • Rule sets other people share: browse, borrow, or share a rule set. See Community Templates.

The rest of your day

  • Talk to my caregiver (caregivers see Talk about the rules): opens the Direct Line. Shown only if you're linked.
  • Do this for me automatically: opens Automations, where a rule check-in can nudge you or a logged slip can take points off right away.

Setting rules up the first time​

Most people get their first rules from the Dynamic Builder or a care stage preset. You can change any of them here afterward.
