⚙️ Dynamic Settings

Dynamic Settings is where you find one setting and change it. Open it from the menu under 📱 My Dynamic → ⚙️ Dynamic Settings, or go to caregiverbabyhub.com/dynamic-settings.

If you are a caregiver, the settings you change here apply to your linked little. A banner at the top shows whose settings you are looking at.

Find a setting

The page opens with a search box and five doors.

1. Type a word in Search settings, like "dark mode", "water goal", or "hide diapers". Tap a result to jump straight to it.
2. Or tap one of the five doors to open that group of settings. Each door has a back button to return to the list.

What's allowed, and what's locked

Dynamic Modes are one-tap presets that change several settings at once, such as enforcement, auto-punish for missed chores or routines, whether rewards need approval, and reminder intensity. Turning a mode off puts everything back exactly as it was. You can make your own with + Custom mode and schedule one to turn on and off by itself. While a little is linked to a caregiver, only the caregiver can switch modes. See Modes for more.

Permissions decide what a little can do on the site:

• Can change their own rules
• Can view punishment history
• Can change site theme
• Can access Kink Hub
• Can edit own chores
• Can edit own routines
• Can delete journal entries
• Game points enabled

There are also two switches: 🌙 Regression Mode, which hides adult features and turns on full baby mode for a set time, and 🍼 Show diaper & potty content, which hides diaper tracking, checks, and stats across the app when turned off.

If you are a linked little, your caregiver sets these and you see "Your caregiver controls these 🔒". If you are on your own, you can lock your own permissions for a set time (or indefinitely) so you can't change them on a whim.

Automatic Check-Ins opens the page where you schedule diaper checks, kink check-ins, and reminders. See Automatic Check-Ins.

Start Fresh clears rules, chores, routines, schedule blocks, rewards, and punishments, and reopens the Dynamic Builder. Points, XP, tracker logs, and journal entries are kept, and you stay linked. You confirm with Yes, start fresh.

How it looks, and what things are called

• Theme: the site theme, your own custom colors, a dashboard wallpaper, a shareable theme code, and Community Themes where you can share yours or apply someone else's. Pro members also get Pro Badge Glow. If a caregiver has turned off theme changes, you see "Theme changes are off."
• Terminology: rename words used across the site, like Caregiver, Baby, Little, Rules, Punishments, Rewards, Tracker, Chores, Nursery, Journal, Schedule, Dynamic, Contract, and Gear.
• Accessibility: easier-to-read fonts, bigger buttons, higher contrast, and less motion.

Your home screen and your trackers

• Dashboard: choose and arrange which cards show on your dashboard.
• Trackers: choose which tracker tabs appear (Diaper, Feeding, Mood, Sleep, Reward/Punishment), set a daily 💧 Hydration Goal in cups, set the defaults for ⚡ Quick-Log Buttons, add 📝 Default Note Templates, and save diaper brands for 🍼 Diaper Brand Quick-Select.

Your rules and consequences

• Rules: pick the Default View Style (Numbered List, Sticker Board, or Parchment Scroll) and add your own rule categories.
• Punishments: build custom punishments that appear next to the presets. Each one has a completion method: Timer, Written Confirmation, Photo Description, or Simple Confirm.

What gets sent to you, and when

• Notifications: turn each kind on or off, such as caregiver requests, diaper check requests and responses, caregiver notes, punishment alerts, and announcements. Schedule, chore, and bedtime reminders also have a time.
• Wear Reminders: a gentle nudge when the same diaper has been on long enough for a check. Pick how many hours, and whether to keep reminding until it's changed. These arrive by push even when the app is closed.
