The Little Academy is the Schoolhouse's main course: a complete, step-by-step course in becoming a baby, every day of the year. Your teacher is Miss Honeydew, the Academy's headmistress. You start as a grown-up and choose how little you'll go. Six levels later, you graduate.
It's free for every CaregiverBabyHub member, and you sign in with your usual CaregiverBabyHub account. Like everything on the platform, it's for consenting adults aged 18 and over.
The Academy is your very own school for growing littler. Miss Honeydew teaches you one small step at a time, and you can rest whenever you need to.
How it works, in one minute
- Enroll. A guided enrollment of 17 steps ends with your oath. See Enrolling.
- Follow the map. Each level is a land on a map, and each lesson is a stepping stone. See Levels and the map.
- Do your lessons. Read the teaching, play through a short story, do an activity, then do the real-life part over the next few days. See Lessons, missions and streaks.
- Pass the gate. At the end of each level, a gate opens when your lessons are done, you've passed the level exam, and you've been signed off. See Gates and level exams.
- Graduate. At the finish line you chose, you sign a forever contract and get your Certificate of Babyhood. See Graduation.
Most people do two or three lessons a week, about half an hour each, with real-life work running in between.
Who it's for
- Littles with a caregiver. Your caregiver becomes your headmaster. They confirm your real-life work and sign you through each gate. See Caregivers as headmasters.
- Littles on their own. Everything works solo. You confirm your own work, and lessons that need a second person have a solo version. See Going solo.
- Caregivers. The Staffroom has Miss Honeydew's lessons for caregivers, open to anyone, linked or not. See The Staffroom.
- Anyone curious. The electives are short courses anyone can take, enrolled or not.
Finding your way around
On a phone, the bar at the bottom has five places. On a computer they're at the top of the sidebar.

Everything else (Calendar, Electives, The Staffroom, My notes, Picture glossary, Worksheets and the older Schoolhouse classes) is in the sidebar on a computer, or under More places on the Me page on a phone. Caregivers also see Headmaster's office and Teacher's desk.
The search box at the top of the sidebar (or the search button in the top bar on a phone) finds lessons, glossary words and pages.
The promises that never change
- Pause is instant, unlimited, and nobody can refuse it. See Pausing and leaving.
- Your limits always win. A lesson about something you've ruled out is simply left off your map, whatever add-ons you or a caregiver choose.
- Your safeword is yours, and "red" always works too.
- Real-life work runs on the honor system. Nobody stands over you. You get out what you put in.
