The Dock is a wall or counter display for your home: an old tablet on a stand, always on, readable from across the room, changing its look through the day.

It works fully for a solo little, for a little with a caregiver, and for the caregiver. A caregiver is an extra layer on top, never a requirement.

The Dock is free, including the monitor, timers, scenes and celebrations. Only some of the AI widgets need a paid tier (see The AI on the wall).

For littles

The Dock is your big screen for the day. Swipe to see your pages. Tap ⭐ Everything for all your buttons.

Signing in​

Use the same email and password as everywhere else. If you're signed in to the main site in the same browser, the Dock picks that up. Otherwise it shows its own sign-in page. It's built to stay signed in for months.

Putting it on a tablet​

The Dock installs as a full-screen app. Open the address in the tablet's browser and add it to the Home Screen (on an iPad: Share, then Add to Home Screen). See Install guides.

Then, in the Dock's ⚙️ settings, turn on keep the screen awake under When nobody's touching it.

If the connection drops, the Dock keeps showing the last thing it knew and the header says · offline, then · catching up when it's back.

Settings for this screen​

The ⚙️ gear at the top right opens settings for this screen only. Each screen in your home keeps its own. They are saved to your account, not the tablet, so clearing the browser doesn't lose them. Settings are not behind the PIN.

  • Pages you can swipe between. Turn pages off. One has to stay on.
  • When nobody's touching it. Dim after a while, how dim, and keep the screen awake.
  • After bedtime. Show just a clock, dim the whole screen, and Use different hours on this screen only if this screen's night should start at another time.
  • If someone walks in. Guest mode options. See Guest mode.
  • Whose day this shows. For a caregiver with a linked little: show your own day or theirs.
  • What this screen is called. Name it (for example "Nursery"). If the Dock asks Is this actually one of your other screens?, pick it to bring back that screen's settings.

The Dock shows your real day​

There is no second chore list or schedule. A chore ticked on the wall is ticked on the main site and in the Companion. The schedule is the one you built on the main site. Potty logs go to Untraining. The Dock doesn't keep its own copy of your dynamic.
