🟢 Status page

If an app will not load, the status page tells you whether the problem is on our side or yours.

Open it at status.caregiverbabyhub.com. It is public, so you do not need to sign in, and it works even when the main site is down.

For littles

If an app looks broken, ask a grown-up to open the status page. Green means it is working. Orange means something is wrong and we are fixing it.

Read the page​

The banner​

The banner at the top sums everything up:

  • All systems normal 🟢 when every app answered.
  • 1 issue right now (or more) when one or more apps did not answer.
  • Couldn't reach the status checker if the page itself could not run its check. It tries again on its own.

The app cards​

Each app has a card with:

  • ● Up or ● Down.
  • How fast it answered, in milliseconds, or the error it gave (an HTTP code or no response).
  • A row of 90 small squares, one per day, from 90 days ago on the left to today on the right. Hover over (or long-press) a square to see that day's uptime. Green is a good day; yellow and red mean the app was down for part of it.
  • The overall uptime for those 90 days.

An app counts as up when it answers within 5 seconds without a server error.

Incidents​

  • Ongoing incidents 🚧 appear near the top while we work on a problem, with a short note and how serious it is.
  • Past incidents 📜 list the last few problems that have been fixed, with when they started and ended.

Incidents are written by our team. The page has no sign-up for alerts.

Refresh​

The page refreshes itself every 30 seconds. Tap Refresh now ✨ to check right away. Last checked shows the time of the latest check. The 90-day history is recorded every 5 minutes in the background.

Which apps are listed​

The board lists 17 apps: the main app, Community, Admin, Daycare, Wiki, Vibe, Times, Camp, Schoolhouse, Playroom, Cozy Clinic, Storytime, Little Kitchen, the Break Room, Matchmaker's Parlor, the Handbook and the Diaper Bag. A few of them still show older names on their cards (for example, Playroom appears as "The Hangout").

Some apps are not on the board yet, including Monitor, Untraining, the Dock, the Companion and these Docs. If one of those will not load, see the steps below.

If an app will not load​

  1. Check the status page. If the app shows Down or there is an ongoing incident, we already know. Try again later.
  2. If the app shows Up, the problem is probably on your device. Reload the page, then sign out and back in.
  3. Try another browser or turn off a VPN or content blocker.
