☕ The Break Room

The Break Room is a quiet room just for caregivers. You spend your day looking after someone else. This is where you plan, rest, write things down, and talk to people who understand.

It lives at caregiverhq.caregiverbabyhub.com. Sign in with your usual CaregiverBabyHub email and password.

Who can come in

The Break Room is for accounts set to caregiver or switch. If your account is set to little, you'll see a friendly note sending you back home. Littles have one page here of their own: the Fridge of Gratitude (see below).

Getting around

The menu runs along the top on a computer and along the bottom on a phone:

The Desk

• Little Overview lists the littles linked to you, with quick links back to their Dashboard, Rules, Tracker, Chores, and Caregiver pages on the main site.
• Care Session Planner lets you plan a care day block by block, with notes for supplies or backup plans. Tap + New plan, add blocks, then 🖨️ Print / export for a one-page sheet.
• Shift Handoff passes care to another caregiver. Tap + New handoff, write what's needed, and they see it under Handed to you.

The Lounge

The Lounge is an after-hours chat for caregivers only. It has two side rooms:

• The Vent Booth is for letting off steam. Messages are gone by morning.
• The Wins Wall is for celebrations only. Brag about what went right.

You can mute a caregiver on your device, and delete your own messages. The bigger caregiver wall lives at the Community.

There is also a separate 🌧️ Vent Box at /vent. You write, and it's gone. Nobody reads it.

The Notebook

• The Journal is your private journal with prompts and a Wins Jar.
• The Care Notebook is a notebook you keep on each little: observations, patterns from the last 7 days, recent moments, and a Weekly Reflection where Auntie Vee reads your week and writes back a short, warm note with one gentle suggestion.

Both are marked Private · only you. Your little never sees them.

Respite

The Burnout & Respite Kit shows how much is left in your tank as a number out of 100. From there you can:

1. Tap 🔋 Start Respite Mode when you need a break.
2. Use Guided decompression to put the day down for a few minutes.
3. Plan respite blocks ahead of time.

The Burnout Radar watches your recent check-ins and points you to the Mentor Hall when your tank stays low.

Guilds, Academy, and mentors

• Guilds are small tables of caregivers who get it. Each has a fresh discussion prompt every week. You can join one or tap Found a new guild.
• The CG Academy has learning tracks. Finish one to earn a badge that shows next to your level.
• The Mentor Hall has two parts. Ask a Caregiver Mentor gives you a quick tip. The Mentor Directory lists real caregiver mentors with office hours in your local time; tap Send intro to reserve a chair.

Co-Parent Corner

If two or more caregivers are linked to the same little, they share the Co-Parent Corner at /coparent:

• Who's on duty: tap 🕯️ I'm on duty or 💜 Handing off to you, with an optional note.
• Coordination board with 📌 Pinned agreements and notes.
• Watch-list for appointments, visits, and plans either of you can check off.

For littles: the Fridge of Gratitude

A little can open /gratitude, pick their caregiver, choose a magnet, and stick a thank-you on that caregiver's fridge. The caregiver sees it at the Desk.

Moving into the main site

The Break Room is a stop on the Tour of Apps. When its stop opens, it moves into the main site and this subdomain closes. Until then, everything here works as described.
