Journal

The Journal is a private space to write reflections, feelings, and thoughts about your dynamic. Entries are stored only on your account and are not shared with your caregiver.

Navigate there from the sidebar: My Dynamic โ†’ ๐Ÿ“” Journal


Writing an Entryโ€‹

  1. Click + New Entry
  2. Write your entry in the text area โ€” no length limit
  3. Optionally add a mood tag to describe how you're feeling
  4. Optionally add category tags (e.g., Little Space, Reflection, Caregiver, Goals)
  5. Click Save Entry

Entries are automatically timestamped with the current date and time.


Viewing Past Entriesโ€‹

All entries are listed in reverse chronological order on the Journal page. Each entry shows:

  • The date it was written
  • A short preview of the text
  • Your mood and category tags

Click any entry to read it in full.


Editing & Deletingโ€‹

  • Open any entry and click โœ๏ธ Edit to modify the content or tags
  • Click ๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ Delete to permanently remove an entry

Mood Tagsโ€‹

Mood tags are a quick way to track how your little space feels over time:

  • ๐Ÿงธ In Little Space
  • ๐Ÿ˜ค Fussy
  • ๐Ÿ˜ข Sad

Privacyโ€‹

Journal entries are private to your account. Even if you're linked to a caregiver, they cannot read your journal. This is intentional โ€” the journal is meant to be a safe personal space.
