Across the Network

CaregiverBabyHub is more than one site โ€” it's a whole network of apps (the main app, Schoolhouse, Community, Monitor, Vibe, Daycare, Camp, The Times, and The Wiki) that all share your one account. A few features tie them together so it feels like a single, connected world.

Unified Network Pointsโ€‹

Everything you do across the network earns points, and they all flow back to one wallet you spend in the main app's Reward Store.

  • Earn points by taking part in the subdomains โ€” completing a camp cabin, checking in at daycare, reading the wiki, and so on.
  • Those points pool together automatically. When you open the main app's dashboard or store, any new earnings are added to your wallet with a note like "Earned across the network โœจ".
  • A Network Points widget on the dashboard shows where your recent points came from (for example, "+18 from Vibe ยท +45 from Camp").

So no matter which app you're playing in, your effort always counts toward rewards in one place.

"What My Baby Did Today"โ€‹

Caregivers get a single activity feed on the main dashboard that pulls together everything their little did โ€” across every app โ€” in one scrollable timeline.

  • It blends in-app events (chores, moods, diaper changes, journal entries) with network activity from the subdomains (camp, daycare, wiki, times, vibe, community, and more).
  • Everything is sorted newest-first, so you can catch up on your little's whole day at a glance.
  • Caregivers can react to any moment with an emoji (โค๏ธ ๐Ÿ‘ ๐ŸŒŸ ๐Ÿ˜Š ๐Ÿฅบ) โ€” a sweet, low-effort way to show you noticed.

Daily Digest & Notification Preferencesโ€‹

To keep notifications calm and tidy, you can switch on a daily network digest in Account โ†’ Notifications on the main app.

  • Instead of a ping from every app, you get one friendly evening summary: "Today across the network โœจ: ๐Ÿ•๏ธ Camp ร—3 ยท ๐Ÿงธ Daycare ยท ๐Ÿ“– Wiki".
  • You choose which apps to include in the digest (all are included by default).
  • Each notification type (requests, diaper checks, punishments, and so on) can also be toggled on or off individually.
  • Quiet Hours let you silence non-urgent pushes overnight, while important alerts (like a caregiver message or a diaper check) still come through.

Cross-App Search (โŒ˜K)โ€‹

Press Ctrl/โŒ˜ + K in the main app โ€” or in any subdomain โ€” to open the command palette, a quick way to jump anywhere.

  • Start typing to find pages and actions within the app you're in (like "store", "rules", or "diaper check").
  • Type a couple of letters more and it also searches across the network, surfacing articles, programs, and courses from The Wiki, The Times, Camp, and Schoolhouse โ€” each with a label like "Across the network" and a direct link.
  • Use the arrow keys to move, Enter to open, and Escape to close.

It's the fastest way to get from anywhere to anywhere in the CaregiverBabyHub world.
