🗓️ Calendar
The Calendar is the wide view. It puts your commitments, schedule blocks, chore due dates, and school deadlines on one month, so you can see what's coming.
The page lives at caregiverbabyhub.com/calendar. It isn't in the menu on its own. Open it from the Planner with All features → Everything on your calendar. Planning itself happens in the Planner; the Calendar is for looking ahead.
What shows on it
Each day can show colored dots:
| Color | What it means |
|---|---|
| Green | Meal, or completed |
| Blue | Sleep |
| Purple | Activity |
| Orange | Hygiene, or a school module due |
| Gray | Other schedule block |
| Yellow | Chore due |
| Pink | Surprise |
| Indigo | Planner task |
Tap a day to see everything on it, grouped as My Commitments, Schedule Blocks, Chores Due, School Deadlines, and Surprises 🎁.
Add a commitment
Commitments are things in your real life, like a work trip or an appointment. Add one once and it covers every day it spans.
- Tap a day.
- Under My Commitments, tap Add a commitment.
- Fill in What is it?, the type, when it starts and ends, a time, and optional notes for your caregiver.
- Tap Add to calendar.
To change one, tap it and choose Save changes.
Surprises
If your caregiver plans a surprise for you, it shows on its day as a pink dot. The details stay "Hidden until reveal day~".
Take it with you
Tap 📅 Export Month to download the month as a calendar file you can open in Google, Apple, or Outlook calendars.
