Report cards and daily sheets

Every daycare day leaves something to take home. There are three views of your day, and you don't have to do anything to save them.

For littles

After daycare, look at your report card to see what you did today. Your grown-up can read it too!

Report card​

Your report card for today shows on the lobby, under Who's here today, once you've checked in. It shows:

  • When you arrived
  • When you went home, or how long you've been here so far
  • How many activities you joined
  • How many stickers you earned
  • Cheers you sent, and cheers you got from friends
  • Your streak

When you check out, a short summary of your report card is shared to your linked caregiver's "what my little did today" feed on CaregiverBabyHub.

Take-home folder​

The take-home folder is a printable keepsake of one day. Open it with Open today's take-home folder under your report card.

It shows:

  • Today at a glance: your report card numbers
  • Stickers earned that day
  • Art that came home: your pictures from the art wall
  • Notes from the attendants left on your day
  • A note written to your caregiver, and any drop-off notes, if you're linked

Daily sheet​

When your hub closes at 5:00 PM, Daycare writes one daily sheet for each little who came that day. It's like the sheet a real daycare hands over at pickup. It's built from what really happened: attendance, the blocks you joined, times you stepped away, stickers, art, Show and Tell, cheers, chat, waves, nap, and notes from attendants and your caregiver.

To read sheets:

  1. Tap Sheets in the lobby's top bar, or My daily sheets under your report card.
  2. The newest sheet is at the top. Older sheets are listed below. Tap one to open it.
  3. Tap Print / save to print it, or Open the take-home folder for this day to see that day's folder.

If no sheet has been written for you yet, the page tells you your first one arrives when a day you attended closes.

Who can see your day​

  • You can always see your own report card, folder, and sheets.
  • A caregiver linked to you on CaregiverBabyHub can open your folder and sheets. When the hub closes, they get a bell notification with a link. On the sheets page they can switch between their littles.
  • If no caregiver is linked to you, the daily-sheet notification goes to you instead.
  • Attendants on duty can open the report card of any little who came today from the Attendant Station. See Attendant Station.

Nobody else can open your folder or sheets.
