Sleep Programs

Sleep Programs are guided, multi-phase wind-down sequences that walk you gently from awake to asleep.


Choosing a Programโ€‹

The Sleep page lists each program with an emoji, name, length in minutes, and a short description. Tap one to begin.


During a Programโ€‹

Once a program starts you'll see:

  • A large emoji and the program's name
  • The current phase (for example, "Phase 1 of 4")
  • A countdown for the time left in the phase
  • Narration text with the guided instructions or calming words for that phase
  • A progress bar tracking the phases you've completed

When the program finishes, the audio fades out gently so you're not jolted awake. Want to stop sooner? Tap โน End early and it fades out right away.

Pair with a sleep timer

Sleep Programs run for their set length on their own. If you switch back to the mixer afterward, remember you can set a sleep timer so everything winds down together.
