The program

Untraining has two parts that work together: a stage ladder that tracks how far your body has come, and lessons that guide you there.

For littles

Every two weeks you answer a few easy questions. They help you see if you have moved up a stage. There is no hurry. You can stay on a stage as long as you like.

The stage ladder

There are nine stages. The months are only a rough guide.

  1. 🌱 The Decision (month 0–1)
  2. πŸƒ Getting Comfortable (1–2)
  3. 🌿 Starting to Let Go (2–3)
  4. 🌸 Finding the Flow (3–5)
  5. 🌼 Losing the Signal (5–7)
  6. 🌻 Diaper Dependent (7–9)
  7. πŸ’« Deeply Regressed (9–11)
  8. 🌟 Fully Dependent (11–14)
  9. πŸ‘Ά Completely Unlearned (14+ months)

The two-week check-in

Every two weeks, Today shows Your two-week check-in. Answer up to eight short questions on a 1 to 5 scale. Questions about messing are skipped if you chose wetting only. Your answers suggest a stage, and you choose Move to Stage N or Stay at Stage N. Check-ins pause while your program is paused.

Your Journey page

🌱 Journey shows:

  • your current stage,
  • How you got here: each stage change and whether it came from a check-in, from you, from setup or from your caregiver,
  • Your record: how many times you have used your diaper, how your awareness has changed, and lessons done.

If your stage feels wrong, tap My stage does not match how things feel to set it yourself. If a caregiver has locked your stage, only they can change it.

Lessons

The base program has six phases and up to 38 lessons. Which ones you see depends on your setup.

That is 25 lessons for daytime wetting, 31 with nights, 32 with messing, and 38 with both.

How lessons unlock

  • In order: each lesson opens when you finish the one before.
  • On a calendar, if you chose a timed pace: lessons spread evenly over a year, six months or three months from your start date. With As I finish them, there is no calendar lock.
  • A supervising caregiver can add rest days, which only ever slow things down.

Do a lesson

  1. Open πŸ“š Lessons and tap your next lesson.
  2. Read the intro, then tick off every step under Your steps.
  3. Write a πŸ“” Reflection if you like. It saves to your journal.
  4. Tap Complete lesson βœ….

The last lesson of each phase is a πŸ… milestone and earns that phase's badge.

Graduation and beyond

The final lesson is the Graduation Ceremony. After it, your certificate is ready. See Journal, coach and sharing.

Two Graduate levels open in turn after you graduate: Level 2 Β· Deeper Trust and Level 3 Β· Letting Go Fully. Each has six core lessons, plus a night lesson and a messy lesson if you choose them. Start one with Start at my comfort. Graduate levels have no calendar lock and each has its own certificate.

The Control Meter

The Control Meter is a bar from In control to Dependent that fills as you finish lessons, with a small boost for your logging streak. Caregivers see it on the supervision page, and it appears in the weekly caregiver digest and in Auntie Dew's view of your progress.

A note on comfort

Go at your own comfort, always. Slow down, pause or stop whenever you need. Your lessons wait for you, your badges stay earned, and nobody, not even a supervising caregiver, can read your journal.
