Journal, coach and sharing

For littles

Your journal is just for you. Nobody else can read it, not even your caregiver.

My Journal

πŸ“” Journal opens My Journal.

  • Lesson reflections land here automatically, tagged with the lesson.
  • To write a free note, type in the box ("How are you feeling on your journey today?") and tap Add entry πŸ’›.

Entries cannot be edited or deleted once added. Your journal is never shown to a caregiver, even in supervised mode, and Auntie Dew does not read it.

Auntie Dew (Pro and Premium)

Auntie Dew is a warm, gentle coach who knows where you are in the program: your phase, your current lesson, your Control Meter, what you are working on, and your supervising caregiver's name if you have one.

  1. On 🧷 Today, tap Auntie Dew.
  2. Type in Ask Auntie Dew… and send.

She is there for questions, wobbly days and celebrations. She never pressures or shames you, and she is not a doctor.

  • Auntie Dew is for Pro and Premium members. Free members see what she offers and an upgrade link.
  • The conversation is not saved. It starts fresh when you reload the page.
  • You can send Auntie Dew up to 30 messages a day. After that she rests until tomorrow.

Badges and certificates

  • Finishing the milestone lesson of each phase earns that phase's badge.
  • After the Graduation Ceremony, /certificate shows your Certificate of Graduation. Tap ⬇️ Download certificate (PDF) to keep it. Graduate levels 2 and 3 add their own certificates.

Journey milestones

On day 7, 14, 30, 60, 90, 180 and 365 of your journey, you get a notification and 25 network points, and a small celebration on your next visit.

Share to the Fridge Door

You can share good news with the Nursery community. It is always your choice.

  • On a phase's milestone lesson, tick Share my badge to the Nursery community before completing it.
  • When a check-in moves you up a stage, tap Share to the Fridge Door.

Shares appear on the Fridge Door room in the Community. You need an active Community profile to share.
