🩹 Body & care

Untraining is a journey with your real body, so your body comes first. The Body & care page in Untraining gathers the things that matter most in one place. Open it at untrain.caregiverbabyhub.com/body-care. Anyone can read it, even without signing in.

Not medical advice

Body & care is general information for adults. It can't replace a doctor or clinician who knows you. If something feels wrong in your body, trust that feeling and get it checked.

For littles

Untraining should never hurt. If something hurts, burns, or looks wrong, stop and tell a grown-up doctor. Drink like you normally would. You never have to drink extra.

What's on the page

The page opens with an emergency line, then a list of sections you can jump to:

  • Everyday skin care
  • Rashes
  • Products
  • Drinking: normally and steadily
  • Signs of a urinary tract infection (UTI)
  • When to stop and get checked
  • How reversible is this?
  • Nights
  • Messing hygiene
  • Your feelings matter too
  • If you're in crisis

Many sections end with a Talk to a doctor or clinician if… box. If your device has a built-in voice, you can tap πŸ”ˆ Read it to me to hear the page read aloud. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Where to find it

  • On the Untraining welcome screen, in setup, and on Today (the 🩹 Body & care button).
  • Directly at /body-care. Each section has its own link, for example /body-care#skin.
