Caregivers and linked pairs

If you're linked with someone on the main site, the Playroom has a few extra things just for the two of you. To link up, use the Connect page on the main CaregiverBabyHub site.

For littles

If you see a sparkle in a room, tap it! Your caregiver might have hidden a surprise there just for you.

Hide a surprise for your little​

This panel shows on the front page only for caregivers who have at least one linked little.

  1. In the Hide a surprise panel, tap Hide one.
  2. Choose which little it's for.
  3. Choose the room to hide it in.
  4. Pick an emoji for the surprise.
  5. Write a short note, like "I'm so proud of you today."
  6. Tap the button to hide it.

Your little will see a sparkle in that room the next time they visit. The panel lists your recent surprises and shows whether each one has been found or is still hidden.

Find a surprise (for littles)​

  1. Look for a sparkly glow in a room.
  2. Tap it to unwrap your surprise and read the note from your caregiver.
  3. Tap Keep it forever.

Visit Our Room​

Our Room is a private hangout that only you and your linked partner can enter. It works like any other hangout room, with chat, an easel, a nap spot, and a Memory Chest you can rummage in.

  1. On the front page, tap the Our Room door. It only shows if you're linked with someone.
  2. If you're linked with more than one person, choose whose room to visit. Each pair has its own room.
  3. Use the decorations bar at the top to put up or put away six cozy decorations: fairy lights, a heart garland, a plushie pile, a photo wall, a star mobile, and a big shared blanket. Both of you see the same decorations.

Join Couples Game Night​

Couples Game Night is a shared lounge for every linked pair. It's open every Friday from 8 to 10 pm UTC, which is 4 to 6 pm Eastern during daylight time and 3 to 5 pm Eastern in winter.

  1. Check the Game Night card on the front page. It counts down to the next opening, and while the lounge is open it shows how long is left.
  2. When it's open, go in from the card. You need to be one half of a linked pair to enter.
  3. Inside, it's a regular hangout room with a banner featuring Guess the Doodle.

When both partners show up on the same night, it's noted on your shared couple timeline.
