📖 Ask answers your question using the Handbook's own pages, and lists the pages it used so you can read them in full.

Ask a question

1. Sign in and tap 📖 Ask in the top bar.
2. Under What do you want to know?, type your question (up to 400 characters), or tap one of the examples.
3. Tap Ask.
4. Read the answer. Under Read the actual pages, open the pages it came from.

Limits and boundaries

• You can ask 20 questions a day, on any tier. The page shows how many you have left.
• Answers come only from the Handbook. If the Handbook does not cover your question, it says so.
• It does not answer medical or legal questions.
• If your question sounds like you are in crisis, it shows crisis line numbers, including 988 in the US and Canada.
