The corner, the monitor and the AI
The caregiver corner
The 🔐 button at the top (between 🛡️ and ⚙️) opens the corner, behind a PIN. A caregiver uses it to run the wall. If you have no caregiver linked, it's the Grown-up corner and you are your own manager.

The PIN
- It's 4 to 8 digits. With no PIN set, the corner opens and says No PIN on this account.
- After four wrong tries it pauses, for 30 seconds at first and longer each time, up to 30 minutes.
- Forgotten PIN asks for your account password, and linked people are told. A linked caregiver can also reset it.
- The corner locks when you tap Lock, after 4 minutes untouched, and on reload.
- If the Dock can't reach the nursery to check the PIN, the corner stays shut and says so. Nothing is wrong with your PIN.
The 🔐 corner is for grown-ups. If you ever need help, the 🛟 button is always there, even on a punishment screen.
The monitor on the Dock
A caregiver can hear, or see and hear, the little's room through the little's dock. It only works if it was set up at the little's dock first:
- On the little's dock, open 📻 Monitor in the corner and choose Set this dock up as a monitor.
- Pick Sound only or Sound and picture, and how long: This nap (2 hours), This evening (4 hours) or Tonight (10 hours).
- On the caregiver's dock, 📻 Monitor shows Turn the monitor on — hear [name] (or see and hear [name]). One switch turns on whatever was set up.
It switches itself off when the time runs out, when the watcher has gone for a few minutes, when the little's screen goes away, or when guest mode starts. The stream is encrypted, but not end-to-end.
It can never be on without being seen
While it's on, the little's dock shows a fixed red banner, THE MONITOR IS ON — SOUND (or CAMERA AND SOUND), with a Turn it off button that is never behind the PIN. The watcher sees YOU ARE LISTENING TO … or YOU ARE WATCHING … with Stop. Scenes and dimming can't hide it.

The AI on the wall
Every AI line on the wall is labeled as automatic, with what it was drawn from. She never passes as a person.

On the AI Caregiver tier you get one wall message and one praise line a day. Pro, Premium and Nightlight get four messages and three praise lines a day. A free member sees one quiet line on those cards, such as "… comes with the AI Caregiver tier."
At night the AI writes nothing new. Your never-say list from the AI settings applies on the wall too.
