π©Ί Continence Care pocket
The Continence Care Pocket is the medical side of wearing. It has three tools: a Bladder Diary, a Doctor Report you can print, and Supply Receipts for claims. It's plain and practical, for anyone who leaks for real, whether or not you're little too.
Open it from the Diaper Bag home screen (the π©Ί tile, after the Body pocket), or go to utility.caregiverbabyhub.com/bag/continence.
This pocket is for the doctor-ish stuff. Write down your potty trips and leaks, and the Bag spots the patterns for you. Then you can print a neat sheet to take to the doctor, so you don't have to remember it all.
The three toolsβ
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
| π Bladder Diary πΎ | Log toilet trips, leaks and sudden urges, with what seemed to cause them. Patterns show up on their own |
| π©Ί Doctor Report πΎ | Your diary as a plain record you can print or save as a PDF for an appointment |
| π§Ύ Supply Receipts πΎ | Log what you buy for HSA/FSA claims or insurance, then export it as a CSV file |
All three save to your account, so you need to be signed in. Signed out, each one shows This one remembers things with a Sign in β button.
π Bladder Diaryβ
Under Add one, tap one of three buttons:
- π½ Went to the toilet
- π§ Leak / accident
- β‘ Sudden urge
Then fill in what you want and tap Save:
- When: starts at right now. Change it if you're logging something from earlier.
- How much: Not sure, Small, Medium or Large. (Not asked for urges.)
- Urgency: None, Mild, Strong or Couldn't wait.
- For leaks only: Where it went (into protection, clothes or bed) and What seemed to cause it. Tick any of these: overnight, didn't reach a toilet in time, cough / sneeze / laugh, lifting / exercise, position, product full, product fit, didn't feel it, or other.
- Note: optional, up to 200 characters.
Below that, three numbers cover the last two weeks: Toilet trips / day, Leaks / day and Drinks / day. The Today list shows today's entries. Tap β on one to delete it.
Drinks come from your trackerβ
You don't type drinks twice. Drinks / day reads the daily water totals you already log on the main site (the drinks line on the Food page). It's shown in ounces, averaged over the days you logged something. If the Bag can't read your drinks, it shows β and says "couldn't read your drinks". It never pretends you drank nothing.
What the last two weeks sayβ
Once you have at least five entries in the last 14 days, a box called What the last two weeks say may add plain-language notes like these:
- When most of your leaks happen (overnight, morning, afternoon or evening), once you've logged three or more leaks.
- The cause you've ticked most often.
- A nudge toward Real Fit Data or a higher-capacity product when several leaks were down to the product being full or not fitting.
- A note if you average 9 or more toilet trips a day (more than 8 is worth mentioning to a doctor).
- A note if strong urgency shows up a lot.
These are patterns, not a diagnosis. The box says so too.
π©Ί Doctor Reportβ
This reads the same diary. Pick How many days to include (3, 7, 14 or 30), then tap π¨οΈ Print / save as PDF. That uses your browser's own print window, so choose "Save as PDF" there if you'd rather have a file.
It prints as a plain clinical record with no app name and no pictures:
- A Bladder Diary heading with the date range and how many entries it covers.
- A day-by-day table: Date, Toilet, Leaks, Urges and Fluids (oz), with fluids taken from your drinks log.
- Every entry: date, time, type, amount, urgency and details (where a leak went, its causes, your note).
- Questions to ask: what type of incontinence the pattern suggests, which tests are worth doing, whether pelvic floor physiotherapy or bladder training would help, whether medications could be contributing, whether you're eligible for products on prescription or through insurance, and what to do if things change.
π§Ύ Supply Receiptsβ
Under Add a purchase, fill in Date, Store, Product (brand and size), Packs, Total paid and an optional Note (an order number, for example). Then tap Add.
- A running total at the top shows what you've Spent on supplies this calendar year, and how many purchases that was.
- History lists your 50 most recent purchases.
- β¬οΈ Export CSV downloads every purchase (Date, Store, Product, Packs, Total, Note) as a spreadsheet file you can attach to a claim.
Many plans cover incontinence supplies when they're medically needed. Keep the original receipts too: this log is your record, not proof of purchase.
Also in the Bagβ
Under ALSO IN THE BAG, the pocket page links to tools that already live in other pockets, so nothing is built twice: Medically Incontinent, Doctor Prep, Rash & Brand Log, Skin Care Routine, Real Fit Data, Leak & Night Fixer, Overnight Setup, the Change Map, Cost Per Diaper and Monthly Budget. See The pockets and tools for what each one does.
Who can see itβ
Only you. Everything in this pocket is saved to your own account, and a linked caregiver can't see any of it. Nothing here can be sent through Share With My Person either. If you want someone to see your diary, print the Doctor Report and hand it to them.
