Stuffie Hospital and Sick Day

The Stuffie Hospital is where you play nurse for a poorly plushie. Sick Day is for you, on days you feel icky and want extra softness.

For littles

If your stuffie is poorly, bring it to the hospital, give it a bandage, medicine, and cuddles, and let it rest. If YOU feel icky, start a Sick Day and rest up. Your caregiver will know.

Admit a stuffie

  1. Open Stuffie Hospital from the clinic menu.
  2. Give your stuffie a name, like "Sir Waffles."
  3. Pick an emoji for who they are.
  4. Pick what's wrong. Each choice shows how long the stuffie needs to rest, from about 2 hours for the sniffles to about 12 hours for loose stuffing.
  5. Tap Admit.

Free members have one hospital bed. Pro and Premium members have three. When your beds are full, care for your current patients and a bed opens up when they go home.

Treat your stuffie

Each patient needs one or more treatments, depending on what's wrong:

  • Cozy bandage: pick up the bandage, then tap your stuffie to stick it on.
  • Medicine spoon: give three gentle spoonfuls of pretend berry syrup.
  • Cuddle therapy: press and hold for a long, warm cuddle.

The bed shows a countdown for the rest time. The countdown keeps going even if you close the page.

Send your stuffie home

When every treatment is done and the rest time is over, the bed says ready to go home!

  1. Tap Discharge on the bed.
  2. Your stuffie gets a discharge certificate. Tap Print certificate to print it.

Recently discharged patients are listed on the page. Healing stuffies earns XP and counts toward stickers and buddy wardrobe items.

Start a Sick Day

Sick Day mode is comfort play, not medical care. It can't tell what's wrong and never tries to. If you feel properly unwell, please see a real clinician. Crisis lines are always shown on this page.

  1. Open Sick Day from the clinic menu.
  2. Pick how you're feeling icky, like a sniffly nose, a scratchy throat, tummy grumbles, or just feeling off.
  3. Tap Start my sick day.

Your linked caregivers get a notification that you're having a sick day.

Rest during a Sick Day

While a Sick Day is on, the page shows a tucked-in rest screen with:

  • Tiny rest jobs, like getting extra cozy under a blanket, little sips of water, something gentle to eat, resting your eyes, and telling someone you're resting.
  • Water sips, which add to the same water count as your daily check-in.

Each new day, the clinic asks still icky? Tap Still icky to keep resting, or Feeling better! to finish.

End a Sick Day

When you feel better, tap I'm feeling better!. You get a brave-recovery stamp on your record and some XP, and your caregiver gets the happy news.
