Counselors

If your CaregiverBabyHub account is set up as a caregiver, you're a counselor at Camp. Tap My Campers in the top bar to look after the littles linked to you.

If you have no linked littles yet, the page asks you to link with them on the main site first.

Your campers​

Each linked little gets a card. If they're in a program, the card shows the program, its intensity, and how many cabins they've finished. Tap View their trail map to see their whole program. The trail map is read-only for you.

Enroll a camper​

If a linked little isn't in a program:

  1. On their card, pick a program from the list.
  2. Tap Enroll. The program starts today, and the little sees it on their lobby.

The list has Camp's curated programs. Littles can still pick or build their own programs themselves.

Send a cheer​

  1. Under Send a cheer, pick an emoji.
  2. Type a short message, like "Proud of you, lil camper!"
  3. Tap Send.

Cheers show on the little's trail map under Cheers from your counselor. During Color Wars, a cheer also banks a few team points for the little, doubled during S'mores Night.

Assign a task and care package​

  1. Under Assign a task + care package, type a task, like "Tidy your toy box before nap."
  2. If you like, add a care package note, like "thinking of you!"
  3. Tap Send task.

The task shows on the little's trail map under Tasks from your counselor. They tap it to mark it done.

Leave an end-of-day cabin note​

  1. Under End-of-day cabin note, type a note about their day.
  2. Tap Leave note.

The note shows under Notes from your counselor on the little's cabin pages for their current program.
