Feeding Schedulesโ
Two example schedules depending on your dynamic depth:
Toddler-style Schedule (Level 2โ3)
- Morning: Bottle or sippy cup of warm milk/formula + soft breakfast
- Mid-morning snack: Applesauce, puffs, or soft crackers
- Lunch: Pureed or soft foods โ veggies, protein, carbs
- Afternoon nap snack: Juice box or milk + finger foods
- Dinner: Full soft meal with sippy cup
- Bedtime: Warm bottle and comfort snack
Session-Only Schedule (Level 1)

- Drink from a bottle or sippy cup for one designated meal
