Feeding Schedulesโ€‹

Two example schedules depending on your dynamic depth:

Toddler-style Schedule (Level 2โ€“3)

  • Morning: Bottle or sippy cup of warm milk/formula + soft breakfast
  • Mid-morning snack: Applesauce, puffs, or soft crackers
  • Lunch: Pureed or soft foods โ€” veggies, protein, carbs
  • Afternoon nap snack: Juice box or milk + finger foods
  • Dinner: Full soft meal with sippy cup
