Install on Android
CaregiverBabyHub installs as a Progressive Web App (PWA) on Android devices using Chrome (or most Chromium-based browsers). No Play Store or APK required.
Step 1 — Open in Chrome
Open Google Chrome on your Android device and go to:
caregiverbabyhub.com
Most Chromium-based browsers on Android also support PWA installation — Samsung Internet, Edge, and Brave. Firefox does not support installation. Chrome is recommended for the best experience.
Step 2 — Install the App
Chrome will usually show an "Add to Home Screen" banner at the bottom of the screen automatically. Tap Install or Add.
If the banner doesn't appear:
- Tap the ⋮ (three-dot menu) in the top-right corner of Chrome
- Tap "Add to Home Screen" or "Install App"
- Confirm by tapping Add or Install
Step 3 — Open the App
The CaregiverBabyHub icon now appears on your home screen and in your app drawer. Tap it to launch the app in full-screen mode.
Sign in with your email and password if prompted.
Discreet Icon (Android)
To use the plain "Care Hub" icon instead of the CaregiverBabyHub icon:

The icon on your home screen will show the discreet "Care Hub" appearance.
Push Notifications on Android
Push notifications work in Chrome on Android without any extra steps:
- After signing in, go to My Account
- Scroll to Push Notifications
- Tap Enable Push Notifications
- Tap Allow when Chrome asks for permission
You'll receive alerts from your caregiver even when the app is in the background or closed.
Updating the App
CaregiverBabyHub updates automatically — there's nothing to manually install. Each time you open the app, it checks for the latest version in the background. You'll always have the most current version.
Uninstalling
To remove the app from your home screen:
- Long-press the icon on your home screen
- Drag it to Remove or tap Uninstall
This removes the shortcut from your home screen but doesn't delete your account or data.
